The glove-box room has 4 glove-boxes with state of the art physical vapor deposition chambers, transfer setup for exfoliated materials, spin-coaters for wet film processing and a chemical glove-box for precursor solution preparation
The main lab space has 3 fume hoods and also has one spin-coater for spinning transport layer films outside the glove-box. Single crystal synthesis and majority of substrate preparation like cleaning and ozone treatment is done here.
The optoelectronics room houses state of the art probe station, an optical microscope, and a solar simulator to test the performance of our perovskite solar cell devices.
