Dr. Aditya Mohite, Dr. Jean Christophe, along with our collaborators Dr. Jacky Even, Dr. Mercouri Kanatzidis, and Dr. Costas Stoumpos have published a review article in Nature Nanotechnology, discussing the current understanding of the structural properties of 2D halide perovskites, what makes them unique and compare them with conventional semiconductor materials, providing a broad understanding of low-dimensional semiconductors with complex organic-inorganic hetero-interfaces.
